Human resources clerk

We are looking for a Human resources clerk (m/f/x)(temporary)

Your challenge

Involvement in monthly payroll ac-counting
Maintenance of the applicant database including drafting relevant correspondence
Administrative processing of all documents relevant to human resources (e.g. employment contracts, references, certificates, etc.)
Management and administration of personnel files
Entry and maintenance of the time recording system
Support in the implementation of HR projects

Your profile

Completed training in a commercial profession
Several years of practical professional experience in human resources
Further training as an HR clerk (m/f/x) or HR management (m/f/x)
Very good MS Office knowledge and confident handling of HR systems
Independent and structured way of working
Good spoken and written communication skills
Commitment, engagement and excellent team-work skills
